Box Score POUGHKEEPSIE, NY - The men's basketball team of DCC were able to outscore the opposition in the second half after trailing by 13 at halftime, but ultimately fell to Sullivan Community College on Tuesday, 72-60. This loss puts the Falcons at 3-4 on the season, as well as marking their third consecutive loss.
Dutchess shot 45% from the field for the night but it was their poor perimeter and free throw shooting that cost them in the end. DCC shot a combined 1-14 from beyond the arc as well as 50% from the charity stripe. The majority of the team stats between both Dutchess and Sullivan were pretty comparable, therefore making the three point and free throw percentage difference that much more critical.
