DCC connected from the field early, claiming a 44-42 lead at the half. The Falcons played an aggressive game, racking up 31 fouls.
Flores was on the ball for Dutchess, making 46% (11-for-24) of shots attempted and hitting 86% (6-for-7) of free throws attempted. Two other players also added ten or more points for DCC.
James Sykes racked up a strong 21 points and
Jaquan Strong added 13 points. Also helping the effort for Dutchess were Lawrence Odusanya (8 points, 5 rebounds),
