Box Score 1 | Box Score 2     The Dutchess Men's Basketball Team moved to 3-0 after the first week of regular season play. Dutchess faced their first two region opponents after opening the season with a win over Sussex. On 11/6, the Falcons took down Suffolk 84-43 and on 11/8 they defeated Laguardia 95-72.

    The win against Suffolk was a true team effort, 12 different Falcons added points including 45 points coming from off the bench. Sophomore Jadyn Wilson added his second double-double of the season finishing with 13 points 10 rebounds and 3 blocks. Sophomore Supreme Niles scored 11 points and added a team high 3 3 pointers, Sophomore Daniel Ogunleye stuffed the stat sheet with 7 points 5 rebounds 4 assists and 6 steals, Sophomore Josiah Salmon added 6 blocks to his season total and through this game is averaging 6.5 blocks per game. Freshman Jordin Walker and Tyray Spencer both had big nights, Walker added 11 points 6 rebounds 3 assists and 3 steals while Spencer was tied for the team lead with 13 points. 

    In their win versus Laguardia, the Falcons had 6 different players with double digit points. Leading the way was Sophomore Supreme Niles, he had 15 points to go along with 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Freshman Kameron Quinn was great all around, he scored 12 points while adding 6 assists, 5 rebounds and 5 steals. Sophomore Nouhoun Diarra lead the team with 7 rebounds while also scoring 12 points. Sophomore Josiah Salmon scored 13 points while blocking 6 shots bringing his total to 19 through 3 games. In the assist column Freshman Jordin Walker led the way off the bench, dishing out 6 assists to go with his 14 points. Sophomore Elijah Cherry added 13 points to the Falcon's Win. 

    The Falcons will host their first home game of the season on Tuesday November 11th at Falcon Hall on the Dutchess Community College campus. The Women's Basketball Team will open the night at 6pm with the Men following at 8pm. Both teams taking will be taking on Hostos in a Region XV match up.
